Timothy：How to spread WOM and incraese traffic

I am running an artistic animated ecard site. Go to my profile to see the site url.

The revenue is from membership fee and not from the ad. However, the biz is growing too slow. The conversion rate is stable, but I need advise on how to spread WOM (word of mouth) and increase traffic. The social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter are not really good places. The main demographic of the ecards (like the paper cards) is older women. Any advise is much appreciated.

Dear Timothy

Looks like your target market is not in Taiwan.

First, you have to find out where the older women are. Post testimonial in the forums or blogs for your target customers.

Second, do something in SEO of your WOM messages.

At last, you have to figure out the niche of ecard business, and find more artists to make contents. Maybe you can find some in http://www.deviantart.com/.
