自我介紹： (字數上限255)	Ms. JoAnn Fan is a co-founder of Cross Web Ventures. Prior to joining CWV, she is an Assistant Vice President at SinoPac Financial Holdings, responsible for the firm’s capital management, corporate strategy streamlining, and business analytics. Additionally, Ms. Fan was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Chase and Bankers Trust (now part of Deutsch Bank), focusing on M&A, syndication financing, and investment transactions in the North America and Taiwan. \n\nMs. Fan is actively involved in entrepreneurship and new media. Specifically, she was a venture capitalist, sourcing and fundraising for new technology companies, as well as, a founder of an intermedia venture in New York. Additionally, she was a freelance consultant for the small and medium firms in the Greater Boston area as part of the Harvard Business School’s Volunteer Consulting Group. Ms. Fan was also a delegate to APEC’s Small and Medium Enterprises Forum.\n\nMs. Fan is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Association of Taiwan, and holds double masters degrees from Harvard and Columbia Universities.\n
